Swimming Pool Opening

  • Remove, clean and fold swimming pool cover
  • Activate and re-assemble filter system
  • Re-install deck equipment
  • Test for proper water chemistry
  • Lightly clean pool deck
  • Super chlorinate and add a stain controller
  • Check and attempt to start up heater (if present). If heater fails to work, we can service heater at an additional cost at a later date. (We will not start up unsafe or improperly installed heaters.)
  • Inspect and notify owner of any swimming pool problems

Pool Closing (Winterizing)

When the summer swimming season draws to an end, our pool service technicians can close your swimming pool to ensure that harsh winter conditions won’t have any effect on your pool. Proper closing and winterizing of your pool and spa is important to the beauty and durability of your pool or spa’s equipment, tile and plaster. During the winter months, we also provide a Winter Watch Service to monitor your pool’s cover placement and chemical balance.

Complete Pool Closing

  • Drain water from all pool equipment
  • Backwash pool filter
  • Remove water from underground pipes and apply antifreeze as needed
  • Remove ladders, hand rails if applicable
  • Add winterizing chemicals
  • Install customer’s winter cover
